wk 3 day 4 activity 2 imoko

what my i do to keep healthy

1. I try not to eat lots of junk food

2. I ride my bike around the neighbourhood

3. I try to eat lots of veggies and fruits

4. I sleep early and get full hours of sleep (cause it's holidays and i can sleep in)

5. I try to eat less

    I enjoyed reading about what you do to keep yourself healthy and strong - it’s great to see you are doing all of these things! I particularly like your fourth point about getting enough sleep. Sleep is so important for our bodies to relax and recharge!

    The things I do to keep strong and healthy is exercise (I love to run, box, and dance), eat really healthily (no sugar etc), meditate, and take breaks when my body tells me I need to.

    Have you got a favourite healthy meal that you like to eat? Mine is tacos with lots of salad and chicken.
