This is Leslie, reading your blog from my home in Canada as a member of the Summer Learning Journey team. I love Brownie's too. I gather that your list of ingredients is to take a brownie, and put ice cream on top and create a delicioso dessert. Am I right?

I love brownies and ice cream just makes them more delicious, doesn't it? What is your favourite flavour of ice cream? Mine is Cookies 'n Cream, I have to say.
You're probably enjoying some ice cream cones this summer on hot days. I'm not thinking about cool treats right now as we're in the middle of winter and there's at least 50 cm of snow on the ground outside of our house. The temperature today is -35 C so it's very very cold! When we come in from shoveling snow or walking our dog, Spirit, we mostly want a hot drink of tea. I'm sure you can understand that!
I hope you're having lots of fun outside this summer as well as enjoying the SLJ activities. I'll enjoy reading more of your blog.
