It's Leslie here, a member of the Summer Learning Journey team, reading your blog from my home in Canada.
You've been very creative with this blog posting, including this animated picture of the word 'pool'. Good for you!
And I think your 3 names are very creative too. The one that you've chosen as your favourite is really appropriate for a pond that smells as this one does.
Have you ever been to Rotorua? I have visited it just once and I was very surprised by the odour that hovers about the city. It's a natural result of the hydrogen sulphide that is coming out of the pools and geysers, of course, but it doesn't smell very nice. I got used to it after a while so that it didn't bother me quite as much be the end of our visit. I think that people who live in Rotorua must not notice the air quality because it's such a normal experience for them.
You've done a good job on this activity. I hope you'll keep working on the program and I'll keep reading your blog!
