I had a boy in my class named Ahmad he came from lebenon and he needed help with his learning but
he was not afraid to make friends he was friend's with pretty much all the boys he didnt let his
appearance or his prounouciation get in the way of his learning infact me and him graduated last year
and he was acknoleged as well as me he was acknowledged becuase he didnt come for that long and he
had made the most of his time at mayroad he is now on his way to blockhouse bay intermeadiate (maybe idk)

Thanks for sharing that story about Ahmad, it sounds like he was super courageous and confident in the way that he didn’t let anything affect his experience at school. I’m sure you and the other classmates were supportive of Ahmad, which would’ve made it easier for him :)
