  1. Hello Milika,
I am back on your blog to see some of the fantastic blog posts you have created! I really like this blog post! Let me explain why I like it. Firstly, you added a picture to make the blog post way more interesting. Secondly, you told us where your inspiration came from. I have read a lot of the Kingdom Of Fantasy Books. In fact I have three at my house right now. I love Geronimo Stilton. Maybe next time you could add a bit more information about what the activity taught you. Overall, this is a phenomenal blog post! Keep up the astonishing work!

  2. Kia Ora Milika,

I'm back on your blog to read yet another incredible post! Are your holidays going good? Mine are!

Starting off, Ka Pai for attributing your image! That is so awesome that you read lots of books! I also sometimes read books before bed to help me fall asleep. It's pretty difficult without a good book! I'll for sure try to read one of them, because my younger brother Vitaraag issues them as soon as he sees them.

I personally think that reading helps you write, or inspires you - just like you specified. You must have a really big imagination! I think it's a really big talent to have a large imagination, because you can write stories and dream big. Do you think you have a big imagination?

I agree with you saying you can add anything into your story; the possibilities are endless, and there are hundreds of topics and ideas to write about! I also love writing. Seems like we have a bit in common! My favourite type of writing is probably descriptive because I love incorporating lots of interesting words and making up a scene in my head. I think fantasy is a fun topic to write about!

A child's author is such a cool career! I find it amazing that reading books has inspired your future. What are some ideas of stories that you may write? If you ever do publish a book, I'm sure it would be so exciting and interesting!

Keep up your fantastic effort and time Milika, keep blogging!

  4. Mōrena Milika, how is your day going today? I hope you’re enjoying the sunshine!

Thank you so much for sharing your future plans, being a children’s book author would be fantastic, wouldn’t it! I love how you’ve written your inspiration for becoming an author too, I really enjoyed reading that! I don’t really have a favourite book but I love psychological thrillers, or books that are historical and have a strong lead female character.

I wasn’t 100% sure of what job I wanted to do when I left school so I went to university for three years and had a great time! I met loads of awesome new people and learnt a lot of interesting things through a degree that I loved :) I’m sure you’ll have a bright and successful future. Set goals, work really hard, and be yourself!

I can see how close you are to the end of the SLJ activities, ka pai! You’ve worked so hard and it’s been a pleasure reading your work. Although, I've noticed that you still have a few activities to complete from week two! Day four activity 1, 2, and bonus still need to be done, as well as day 5 activity 1, 2, and bonus. In order to get the full points available, make sure you complete all 60 activities.

I would also encourage you to go and have a look at all the comments we have made on your posts to see if anything needs to be edited in order for you to get the full points available.

    Thanks for sharing,
    Eliza :)

  5. Hey Milika

I haven't reed these books but I might get some of them out next time I go to the library. I like how you have added an image of all the books and described what sort of books you would like to write. What is your rating out of 10 for this series?

    Keep it up
    Molly :)
